We kindly accept cash, EFTPOS payments or bank transfer.

In order to secure your appointment, Studio Santo requires a $100 non-refundable deposit taken over the phone. Once we have received your payment your appointment will be confirmed.

All deposits will be credited towards your final balance.

In order to accommodate every guest, we kindly ask you to allow more than 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.

Appointments made on the day of scheduling, please allow 5 hours to cancel or make any changes to your appointment.

To ensure all our guests are 100% satisfied with their service, we offer a seven-day adjustment period from the date of your original appointment to resolve any concerns you may have. Studio Santo is dedicated to helping you achieve your hair goals.
